Bergen County, NJ

Bergen County has the highest population in the state of New Jersey with just under 1,000,000 people in 2015.  Over 70 municipalities dot its landscape, along with county and town parks, nature reserves and beautiful town centers and shopping.  It is also considered one of the wealthiest counties in the United States…median incomes range around $80,000+.

Its heavy Dutch and Lenape nation heritage is still visible today in the street names and historic buildings.  A well developed road and mass transit system, easy access to New York City, New England states and mid-Atlantic states make it a gateway to so much of the East Coast and considered part of the NY metropolitan area.
