River Vale, New Jersey

River Vale's history forms the backbone on which the town is built. A real find for lovers of 'small town America', River Vale hosts parades and fun events year-round from an Oktoberfest and Halloween Ragamuffin Parade to the Father's Day Olympics and Easter Egg Hunt.

River Vale students attend Roberge Elementary or Woodside Elementary School, then Holdrum Middle School before moving on to Pascack Valley High School in nearby Hillsdale.

River Vale hosts a variety of community groups, including an active Junior Women's Club. It also boasts its own police force, fire department and ambulance corps.
