Roy Simpadian has joined the firm as a Sales Associate in the Ridgewood office. Mr. Simpadian is a graduate of Ridgewood High School and he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.

He is excited about joining the Real Estate profession and the Terrie O’Connor team. He is certain that his background and knowledge of the local area will benefit his clients whether they are buying or selling a home.

 

Mr. Simpadian currently lives in the Village of Ridgewood, where he was born and raised. He is a volunteer for the Ridgewood Environmental Advisory Council, which promotes a sustainable community. As an active member of the Free and Accepted Masons, Roy also supports numerous charities.
