Terrie O’Connor, President of Terrie O’Connor Realtors, is pleased to announce that Amanda Healy has joined the firm’s Saddle River Office.

  Amanda joins our real estate team after working for seven years as the Senior Vice President at Axcess Worldwide in Manhattan. During her tenure at Axcess, Amanda provided strategic guidance to iconic world-class brands while also developing emerging businesses. She partnered with global real estate companies, which gave her a deep understanding of the homeownership experience internationally. Her extensive skills and understanding of the luxury market coupled with her keen ability to listen to her clients’ needs enabled her to provide superior customer service. Amanda is a true entrepreneur who brings this same level of expertise and passion to her real estate career, assisting buyers, sellers and investors.

  Amanda lived in Manhattan for eighteen years after graduating from the University of Delaware with a concentration in marketing. As a Northern New Jersey native, she eventually moved back to her home state with her husband and daughter settling in Upper Saddle River. Having made the transition from NYC living to the suburbs with her own family, Amanda offers clients valuable tips on finding the local resources their families need given their individual circumstances. She has a deep understanding of the different neighborhoods within Upper Saddle River and the surrounding towns.

  While living in Manhattan, Amanda served on the Board of Directors for Search and Care, a not-for-profit, non-sectarian social service agency that supports the elderly. Additionally, she served on the Membership Committee at the New York Athletic Club of which she is still an active member. Currently, Amanda is also involved in the Junior League of Bergen County.

  Amanda is a seasoned executive who shares years of sales and marketing experience with her clients, thus allowing her to provide unique guidance and relevant insight into the real estate market. She brings with her strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and professional service. She is passionate and detail oriented and will bring an exceptional level of service to the table.
