Ms. Sgambati has been a realtor since 2007. She joined TOCR with over sixteen years of experience in the fields of banking and education, where she worked in both training and development and human resource management.
In 2012, Maureen earned the prestigious Certified Relocation Professional designation, a designation held by only a small percentage of realtors. She previously earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative and the Certified Negotiation Expert designations as well.
Maureen managed Terrie O'Connor Realtor's Relocation Department for over four years, acting as a liaison for corporate transferees while also facilitating broker to broker referrals and overall business development for the firm.
She holds a BA from the University of Delaware and an MA from Columbia University.
Born and raised in Dumont, Maureen has resided in Montvale with her husband and two children for the past fifteen years. She has listed and sold homes in many Bergen County communities and prides herself on consistently exceeding client's expectations.
