Juliana has been in the Real Estate business for three years and has quickly launched a promising career. The two main components of her business approach are educating her clients about the market and providing support from the beginning to the end of a transaction.
Juliana studied psychology at the College of New Jersey and worked at an out patient treatment center for over two years before joining Terrie O’Connor Realtors. Her background has given her the experience to assess her client’s needs and coach them through the home buying and selling process.
Born and raised in Midland Park, Juliana comes from a family with an established real estate background. Her grandmother is a Realtor and her father owns and operates a construction company that specializes in building/renovating homes in northern Bergen County.
Currently, Juliana is an active member of the Woman’s Club of Ridgewood and serves as a co-chair on the Community Service Committee at the Real Source Association of Realtors. Juliana has been credited as one of the founding members of the Terrie O’Connor Realtors “Young Professional Connection,” a group of young real estate professionals working together to promote a positive business environment and improve the community. Juliana also recently teamed up with Move for Hunger to raise awareness and join the fight against hunger. She strongly encourages all her clients and those moving, instead of throwing out unused food items, to donate to a local food bank.
